Mar 10, 2023 Season 1 Episode 4
Niche Recruiter Network

On this episode of Recruiter Roundtable John spends an hour with Tabitha Cavanagh (Head of Talent at Fringe) to learn more about her journey as a LinkedIn Influencer.  We discuss how producing content has changed her life, given her career security, and provided opportunities.  Tabitha started being open and regularly posting her thoughts on Linkedin when she was faced with something no one ever wants to face, a cancer diagnosis.

As she fought Cancer she felt the need to be more open and to connect with others who were going through similar situations.  After fighting cancer for years, fortunately she is now in remission.  She has continued to share her thoughts on work, life, and what's really important for the past 6 years and has amassed a large following on Linkedin because of it.  Her motto is Life is short, you never know what may happen, so you should live every day to the fullest.  If you're miserable working somewhere, make the change as soon as you can.  Sacrificing your mental health and the happiness of your family is never worth a paycheck.
